2 Louisiana teams in cws?

I don't want any backlash, but I am not a LSU fan. (I worry about my alma mater before any other school whether it be a LA school or not) I never pull for nor against LSU in any sport unless they are playing ULL. But how amazing would it be for both schools to make it to the cws? Finally we are not screwed by the ncaa with an all louisiana regional. I am really excoted about this possibility of both teams being in Omaha together again. 14 years has been too long!

LSU has been there a good bit in the past 14 years. Where has your school been?
Glad to see you have the chance to join the party. Although I don't think you will. However, you do have a nice set up. Get past Miss St somehow and you get to play the other Mississippi school who seems to be allergic to the CWS.

My post was in no way derogatory towards LSU. I just was commenting on the fact that there is a possibility for both schools being in the cws. Once lsu and ull did it followed by lsu and tulane, it seemed like the ncaa tried to make sure that there would be only one louisiana school in the cws. But since we both got national seeds there was nothing the committee could do about it.

State will be a tough out after getting as close to winning it all last year until they woke up and realized they were MSU and it was time for Lucy to pull away the football as usual. As for UM, there's an unsubstantiated rumor that Garmin's GPS software is not capable of plotting a ground course from Oxford to Omaha as the programmers felt safe that this question would never come up.

LSU and ULL going deep into Omaha has already happened in my lifetime. Nothing new or unheard of. Maybe, California Chrome will win so I can say I saw a triple crown winner for the first time in my life.

Sorry I didn't know how much this topic was posted. I just wanted to see yall opinion on it. I am so glad that lsu wreaked havick in the sec tourney to where this opportunity now arises. This team seems completely different from the one ull faced earlier this year. Frankly, I am happy we wont have so see yall until Omaha, which I hope we have the chance to

Forget it, the obviously butthurt LSU fans, who constantly claim to NOT be butthurt when it comes to threads about ULL will answer this thread with how butthurt the ULL fans are over LSU, and that LSU fans are never ones to start threads about being butthurt about ULL.
This will be followed by those who're seriously butthurt about Lafayette in general, (ie: Diat from Opelousas, of all places) and talk about Affliction, and guidos whatever else.
This will probably be wrapped up by an LSU fan who'll start a thread about how much ULL fans and ULL in general sucks and how they should know their place, and that LSU fans never start threads about ULL.. except this one.. maybe.
