We both started the same thread at the same time. It was a coincidence of the highest order.

This whole Astros rebuild has been interesting to me from the outside looking in. I have a decent grasp on who your top prospects are, but I haven't really followed what's been going on this season outside of the Springer call up.
How are Correa, Singleton and Santana doing? How about the pitching? Appel, McCullers, Folty, etc? Any surprises? Expected call ups later this year, etc.?

Singleton and santana are doing great and one or both should be in Houston in the second half of the year. Corea is having a great year and is on track to be in AA soon...If all goes well he could be in Houston end of next season at age 20. Folty is ready now and I would bet he is in the Houston bullpen later this season.
McCullers has good numbers and great stuff but needs to cut down walks.
Another guy that could be up next year as the dh is Preston Tucker.

A guy that I think should be called up is Jake Buchanan. Him not being called up yet is a travesty

We could use him in the bullpen for sure. Maybe even in the rotation.

Springer going HAM
I haven't been keeping up with the draft as of late- is it basically between Aiken and Rodon?

Springer another bullet off the right field wall. Leadoff double. He rapes the ball

I think it will be rod on or Alex jackson

If it's not Rodon, it'll be a bit of a shock.

Springer's May:
.307, 7 HR, 20 RBI, 1.033 OPS
Also, 6 of his 7 HRs have been away from the Juice Box, so it's not like he is just taking advantage of the short porch in left field.
