I'm in a bind. I've got no triple sec, and I want to make margaritas. Anybody have any good substitutes. I live in Texas, so the liquor stores are closed...
We have plenty of tequila.

Sucks to live in Texas. Louisiana don't care.

Grand marnier and Cointreau are both triple secs, as is blue curaçao. You can look up homemade orangle liqueur recipes but that may take some time to make. You may be able to zest a navel orange and maybe add a little bit of the juice. Not sure how well that would work.
Good luck
