Seems they usually do. Here's to hoping they take the night game.

It's up to Manieri. Skip Bertman always played the day game to give his team as much rest as possible for the next game.

Manieri has done it both ways. I know we played Southern in the afternoon a few years back. But he's also opted to play the night game as well in some years.

I should add, I know it used to be up to the # 1 seed. Things may have changed in the last couple of years, but I doubt it.

No, most schools learned a long time ago that any advantage to playing the nite game ( cooler, fans are off from work. ect) is more than off set by the much greater possibility of the 2nd game being played really late or even delayed til the next day due to bad weather. On the other hand if you play 1st you may get that advantage!

I'd be willing to bet that we will. We only played the late game once under CPM as far as I can remember.
