Someboddy write about the good experience you had here before I rip it to fricking shreds.

I've been once. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special. My server was utterly incompetent, as was the bartender, and dropping what I did on dinner while having random hotel patrons stroll twenty feet from my table wasn't my cup of tea.

Shred away

I'll be honest, I'm surprised this place has lasted this long.

The hotel or the restaurant? If the latter, where do you think it would go? It's a hotel restaurant. The world is filled with them, they are all shitty, and they never go anywhere

As I read these responses, my judgment isn't too far off. Service was decent, but ignorant of their product. Food wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything to rave about. I would have gladly spent my $100 elsewhere.

There were 2 other people in the restaurant tonight. It was dead. The bartender didn't know what beers were on tap.

I won't be going back. They will stay afloat because of the hotel, but they treated us like out-of-towners and it was rude.

The beer list had only the brewers listed and not the specific beers. Turns out they only had a couple on draft.

I wasted my money here.

Would have been a good thread for you to start a day or two ago.

Glad you made it out on top, braj.

I learned a lesson about hotel restaurants tonight.

That's great and much needed. Hopefully Lake Providence will follow suit.

That little Jehovah Java is a great lunch joint. Good Coffe and an angus burger that is as good as it gets. Good soups too. Don't go in there a cussin.

Other than that Lake Providence is a pretty poor place.

I used to go on Sunday nights and sit at the bar and munch on a few apps.

Went for dinner with Jones and it was AWWWWWWWWFUL. Horrid. Terrible. Overpriced. Awkward.

Y'all need to get y'all's story straight. Was it not bad or awful?

Lol.

I'll agree that it was bad. I felt like not being too harsh.

Lettuce wedge was almost $10 and it was about an 1/8th of a head. We laughed as I finished the salad in three bites.

Ill have to look at the menu for the other stuff we got

That's fair, but the way it's situated, I would hesitate to call it a "hotel restaurant".

So is MiLa and it is a really good restaurant.

Someone has been listening to Fitzmorris a bit too much.
