any cross fit recommendations in nola area

for the longest time, i have been weary of crossfit, and didn't really like the stories i heard of peoples joints starting to hurt after and things like that. to many people claiming to be "cross fit trainers", that aren't.
long story short, i have been on a great diet, really cutting down, which I'm not very fat to begin with, but i want to try something different
do any of you in nola area do cross fit? and where do you recommend. i am on the westbank

Crossfit Nola has 3 locations, uptown, mid city, and garden district. Their trainers are the most accomplished. It's also the most expensive

friend of mine who is really outta shape just started at some place on Tchoup about 6 weeks ago and has lost a bunch of weight and really likes it.

I'm assuming that if you pay for a particular location, that fee doesn't give you access to the other locations?

the crossfit in Fayetteville just got hit with a big scandal. apparently they had some kind of party with some members and some of the couples went to a after party and started swinging, this became a regular thing till some of the woman of course started getting jealous and now everybody knows and a couple of the couples are getting a divorce.

i have seen the one on gretna blvd. actually seen their afternoon crew running around the block.. heard great things about nola cross fit. how expensive is expensive
