Is filed in the Middle District of Florida. Confirmed on Pacer. It's an actual lawsuit. (Now try to figure why a Georgia woman files suit against a Texas/Ohio Man in a Florida Federal Court..)

Samantha Schacher is Dr. Drew's assistant on HLN. Also, the address used for the filer is apparently the CNN office in Atlanta.

It's a real lawsuit, but it was filed using a fake alias. That address is the Omni in ATL. It was clearly mailed in and the identifying marks for mailing have been scratched out. I doubt they mailed in the require filing fee and, obviously, no one will be paying that fee. It's 100% a hoax and should have thrown it in the paper shredder. Kind of surprised that it wasn't, regardless of how funny it may be.
