Team sport. 4 year. Individual. Olympic

There is no olympics for football

No sport I would choose would work.
Football or Baseball at Alabama, but not in Olympics.
Wrestling for Olympics, but no wrestling for Bama.

I feel like if you're good enough for B, you'll basically automatically accomplish A anyway. And if not a starter EVERY year, at least a starter for your last two or three years and a significant contributor off the bench the first one or two, if you do end up making the Olympic team.

Must be school specific and Olympic specific.
If I could win a gold medal - Olympic champion...I'd want that.
To be immortal and continue USC's streak - USC has won at least one gold medal at every Summer Olympic Games since 1912.
That would forever mean something.

Bama doesn't have a wrestling team?
For that matter, does LSU (or any other SEC school?)

No SEC school has anything beyond club level wrestling.* Title IX.
*Mizzou wrestles in the MAC.

If we are talking my favorite sport to play I would say B because if I made the Olympic team in hoops that would mean I was an NBA superstar! If it was my favorite sport to watch, football, I would pick A since they don't have that in the Olympics.

Oh ok thanks.. I figured it had something to do with title IX

Who wouldn't want to be a 4 year started at Rice

I'd rather be on the Olympic hockey or soccer team. Would mean I'm already a professional.

Not so much Olympic soccer for men. They use young guys
Posted on 5/23/14 at 10:55 am to Pedro

I would have to choose 4 year starter for football at LSU... Unfortunately there is no football in the olympics. And hopefully if Im good enough to start 4 years Im good enough to get drafted

I know they do, but most of those guys are still on professional teams or at least owned by a team. I don't think many are still in college.

I'd rather play football at LSU than do anything at the Olympics.
