Reparations for unjustly banned posters

Unjustly banned posters should be entitled to compensation for violations of their basic poster rights.
This site has a history of sponsoring the Rant-to-Ban pipeline. There is a record of unequal sentencing -- studies have shown that Tier 1 members have been subjected to less harsh penalties than other posters.
Tigerdroppings will never be whole until we have an honest debate about post reform.

I've posted in the reinstatement thread for the same poster like 3 or 4 consecutive times and he hasn't been unbanned.
And his banning wasn't for anything serious either.

Many of the top tier are the most banned. Has anyone seen Tigahrag lately?
But I am 100% for an interm board for all banned posters.
I was once banned without cause or explanation.
Plus I've been here for a while and still can't name all the admins/mods.
