Marcello's , ambassador, or phillippe's? Which one will have better variety ? Anything seasonal from la breweries that I need to try that I can get at these locations?

Ambassador is probably your best bet. Marcello's and PHillippe's have been lacking IMO.

Ambassador is the only place I shop any more. Marcellos has pissed me off too many times and really struggle. I'd stop there to only get Brooklyn black chocolate stout if I was really needing it. Only thing they have that others don't. Phillippe's is struggling, as always.

No nothing in particular. Just like to see a variety and choose from that. Unless something like dr hop or ghost in the machine was released

For some reason ambassador keeps all of their IPA's hot and puts their stouts in the cooler. If you want founders cold, go to marcello's. They were also the only ones in Lafayette to get the breakfast stout

Phillipes coats their beers with a layer of dust to help keep light out and the temperature under control....

They also charge a couple of bucks extra for that dust. I don't even bother with them anymore.
