I'm excited to see how Kevin Moore does the next couple of years for Acadiana. He did extremely well at MLB as a sophomore for what I think was one of the better defenses in the state, which he was a very big part of.

You know an offer has nothing to do with rankings. Belton should probably be higher but not because of a maybe offer. Hes not even a top 3 instate qb at this point in most peoples eyes. He will have plenty of time to show if he belongs higher. Problem is that about 50 other kids are gonna be on his heels to show the same.
Kendall Bussey is a top 100 national prospect on rivals and yet Nebraska is his best offer and LSU is barely even sniffing around. Is Rivals right or 100 d1 coaches that hhaven't offered? Time will tell just like with Belton

I am curious to see where the Ponchatoula boys will be on here.
Everyone knows about Christian Campbell and most everyone is talking about his brother Donavaughn who will be a 2016 recruit.
But Reggie Walker is flying under a lot of radars.
6'3" 230 lbs DE / LB and runs a 4.5 with a 38 inch vertical.

Looks like the top ten will be comprised of the following prospects:
Ed Alexander
Stephen Sullivan
Devin White
Mykel Jones
Willie Allen
Kristian Fulton
Shyheim Carter
Rashard Lawrece
Shea Patterson
Glen Logan
Any guesses on the order before the top 10 is released?
Also, LSU has offers out to seven of these ten players

Fair enough. We'll see how it all turns out in two years.

I would expect Layton Garnett to make the list too. Not sure how high though. Patterson and White will likely be top 3-4.

I want the good players to come to LSU

Agree with that list and could see all wearing purple and gold.

I expect Alexander, Allen, Patterson, White, and Fulton to be in the top 5 or 6.
Who else could bump one of them from the top 5? Jones or Sullivan or Lawrence potentially?

what abut Belton from WM? He's 33 but some of the WM guys have acted like he would be a top national recruit
Posted on 5/20/14 at 7:04 pm to Lester Earl
Belton from WM is legit. Check out his highlight film on the NOLA website.
Yeah, I am a WM homer and I have seen some great players at WM and this kid is right up there with some the best(Mingo, Whitworth, Brady James).
WM is going to be running the Auburn-type offense this coming year. Its going to be interesting to see how it comes out.

He'll play in the SEC. Not sure where, but it'll happen.

Yeah but he was hurt early in the 7th game. If someone is just looking at stats I could see the low ranking. I think he'll end up at a read option SEC school. Not sure what coach will be where at the time he actually graduates though.
