Have to give the edge to WO (better ptiching). 2 district rivals going at it. What says MSB? Thought there was a thread on playoffs but looked several pages and could not find.

I'm looking more closesly at St. Michael's vs St. Thomas More tonight
Both teams can absolutely smash the ball. It has the makings of a 9-8 classic

Who do you see winning the STM / ST. Micheal's matchup?

STM is a little top-heavy in their order, and St Michael's is a little more balanced at the plate.
Both lost to Jesuit and Barbe.
It's going to come down to whose average pitching is a little more above average.
Since St. Michael's got to rest their starter after a 11-0 drubbing of #4 Benton, I'd give a very slight edge to St. Michael's.
Wish I could be there though, this one should be a good one.
St Michael's with Edens (Samford commit), Mauldin (LSU Eunice commit), and Reid (LSU Commit) as their 2,3,4 is scary for any pitcher.
But it goes the same way for STM. They come with Vallot (Miss St Commit), Lochridge (LSU commit), and Templet (a sophomore hitting .450ish)

Winner of that game will be heavy favorite over Neville/WO winner.

And to answer your question, I think West Ouachita takes the game against Neville, mostly because I don't know a whole lot about them

Congrats Neville. Can they win state?

It will be tough STM has a great team...but it's 1 game so who knows. Neville hasn't won a baseball state championship since 1962.
