The bill she is pimping is actually a good bill.

That said, this is just her jumping on a bandwagon for politics...not that there is anything wrong with that.

Was not trying to imply that at all. The use of this fund for anything non-coastal seems sketchy to me.

You know the state is going to blow that shite to plug budget holes, fund cronies, and straight up waste it.
