Was going through some old papers when I had a good laugh

I found a printed out confirmation from Walmart dated November 14, 2013. It was for a 4000 watt generator for $129 and an 8 person coleman tent for $33.

A) The orders never shipped, unlike the EBT which people actually did exploit.
B) Private (Wal-Mart) company was conducting business with private citizens using their own monies in which there was a possible glitch vs Public (EBT) error resulted in citizens using tax-payer money to actually defraud the government.

I was the guy who got the 55 inch LED Samsung for 300. My son put a hole in it back in March.
