Epic Greenwald rant when asked about all the “early presidential jockeying” for 2016:

quote:

“Hillary is banal, corrupted, drained of vibrancy and passion. I mean, she’s been around forever, the Clinton circle. She’s a fricking hawk and like a neocon, practically. She’s surrounded by all these sleazy money types who are just corrupting everything everywhere. But she’s going to be the first female president, and women in America are going to be completely invested in her candidacy. Opposition to her is going to be depicted as misogynistic, like opposition to Obama has been depicted as racist. It’s going to be this completely symbolic messaging that’s going to overshadow the fact that she’ll do nothing but continue everything in pursuit of her own power. They’ll probably have a gay person after Hillary who’s just going to do the same thing.

I hope this happens so badly, because I think it’ll be so instructive in that regard. It’ll prove the point. Americans love to mock the idea of monarchy, and yet we have our own de facto monarchy. I think what these leaks did is, they demonstrated that there really is this government that just is the kind of permanent government that doesn’t get affected by election choices and that isn’t in any way accountable to any sort of democratic transparency and just creates its own world off on its own.”

Pretty much agree with him. The thought of a Clinton-Bush race in 2016 turns my stomach. Haven't these 2 families destroyed this country enough?

If we have to have the first female President why couldn't we get someone who is young, pretty and has big tits?

Have any of you heard of congressional leadership PAC's? 60 Min did a profile - they're basically political slush funds through which congressman of both parties enrich themselves and their families. It's the one bipartisan thing they agree on. After reading Greenwald's rant on Hill it reminded me....our political class has slid into full sleazeball mode...but for the strenght of the institutions set up by the founders we'd be Italy.

Greenwald while directly addressing Hillary pretty much excoriates both parties in the final paragraph.

I don't agree with him, the Pew poll found that 65 percent of Americans want a candidate with different polices than Obama, so that doesn't bode well for her, only one time in the last 60 years has Americans voted in the same party 3 strait terms.

A true monarchy (while not my cup of tea) is superior to democracy. Lichtenstein is practically an anarcho-monarchy.

I disagree. I don't think she'll pull any more (as a percentage) of the woman vote than Obozo did.

Plus, the black turnout - in particular, the black male turnout - is going to PLUMMET. Black males know a full blown corrupt C*NT when they see one.

"Banal" is a perfect adjective to describe Hillary.

This is basically a long-winded version of my simple theory that Hillary is simply not a likable candidate.

Go watch any speech of her's and tell me, who honestly wants to hear and watch her talk for 4 or 8 years?

Are you asking if young, pretty, buxom women exist outside of Hollywood?

You can walk around an SEC campus on gameday and see women who are finer than most actresses.
