Alright, I understand the idea is that the guy is supposedly guilty of sexual harassment in the photo, but she is laughing. So, either she is enjoying it or she is laughing at what he is displaying. Wouldn't that be a form of mental abuse?

I think by this point she's either on board with it or it's now moved past just sexual harassment and on to full blown sexual assault.
