You can say yes and still think he did wrong. I think he's getting over screwed. Losing his team is a bit extreme.

I was always on team America. And taking away something he bought bc he has a different opinion isn't American.

Bill Maher's take was the best I've seen.

instant gratification was more important than thinking rationally and without emotion. ironically, it will make this process drag out even longer than if the NBA were to let the market fix the situation.

No I haven't switched, but his wife is delusional. What if she gets the team? Nobody's gonna go to their games. What then?

The players will refuse to play. Probably both teams. The Sterlings actually have the upper hand and might just be pushing for a huge pricetag from the NBA. In the range of $1.75 billion. Just to avoid a huge mess.

I can understand why people are upset, but I will be outraged if they force the man to sell the team. NBA ban I get, still not sure how I feel about it.

The guy said he didn't want black people at his NBA games. He's not going to jail or anything like that. He just can't own an NBA team, which makes sense given the number of black players in the NFL.

I'll switch to Team Sterling only if he goes nuclear and airs every owner's dirty laundry.

For God's sake, he should have 35 years worth of league dirt saved up for a moment like this. What in the hell is he waiting for? Start spilling!

I said I was taking sterling's side the Monday the story took off.

My thread got anchored and people lost their shite even though I stated my position clearly and explained it well.

I was of course right in my initial analysis and knew others would get to where I was eventually.

BTW, title of my thread was "I'm taking Sterlings side". Would bump if I could. Can't link on phone. Got like 20 down votes in seconds.

Did he actually say that , or did he tell his girlfriend not to bring them with her and take pictures with them??

I have to say after listening to the recording for the first time it isnt nearly as bad as the media made it out to be IMO.
