Not sure if this is the right board but I will try here first. I have 4 ceiling fans under by nice covered back patio. Problem lies with the little birds building nests in the bowls of a couple of them. It's cost me $50 so far to replace a motor on one of them when the nest caught on fire from the heat of the bulbs I assume. What's the fix here? Thanks

Some window screen over each light bulb bowl with a wire rap to hold it.

You may want to get a different light kit for the fans

the only cure for the "birds building nests in the ceiling fan bowls" blues is to run outside and throw your drink on the manicured lawn...

...did I say that out loud?...
