Highly doubtful but even if it were true, no one will ever have the balls to investigate into it and make an ordeal out of it.

I don't watch the NBA hardly at all but I turned over and MJ was on talking about boycotting or something.. Who knows.

How would you even set someone up like that? Unless someone put a gun to his head and said say something racist or i'll kill you it's a secondary issue in this whole ordeal. Sterling is obviously a racist and a huge piece of shite of a human even outside of that. Thats the real issue here. Although it's clear this chick he was boning is a gold digger at best, con artist at worst.

Well, it matters and it should be prosecuted but it doesn't make him any less racist.
Only way a "setup" would excuse him would be if he were threatened to cooperate either through hurting him or his loved ones if he failed to comply.
