I set it to open scheduling. Here is my line of thinking.

We do open schedules so that users can play freely and don't have to be tied down and stuck trying to fit things in. We can knock out user games at our own pace. Every team should have roughly 30-40 user games.

We set a pace of at least 6 games played per week. That can easily be knocked out in 2-3 days out of a 7 day week. But it also gives you the ability to play more if you need one week, and play less if you run into a busy week/go on vacation.

I will keep up to make sure everyone is on pace with the 6 per week pace. If a user is falling behind, without letting us know why, he will be placed on away, and eventually replaced if it can't be continued.

We will roll with what we have and hopefully find a solid core group of users. I'm sure we will lose a few and then have to replace them, but eventually we will hit a solid 12 and make this work.

With a 6 game per week pace the season should end in 2 months. I'd imagine we should be able to complete more than 6 per week, but I'm just stating that as a bare minimum base line.
