New puppy woke up at 3:30am and the kids got up at 6:00am, so I made Mrs. Lambda a nice breakfast for Mother's Day.

Clarified butter
egg yolks
double boiler I dont use one but....

Some people add salt and pepper tabasco

Temper the yolks and add butter slowly while mixing with whisking plenty.
when you finish your arm will burn
