The texas climate episode was the death knell. This show has become a channel for liberal propaganda.

I liked it. They still do some great stories that are off the beaten path.

Just watched it On Demand. I agree with the liberal propaganda notion but they are were right about the oil lobby and the lack of people who are oblivious to climate change.

Shouldn't be that hard to understand. Why do conservatives like Ann Coulter?

Bill maher is a genius compared to ann coulter. At least bill is smart and tactful. He knows the best ways to make people consume his propaganda. They interview the dumbest most ignorant christian texans. The texas segment also lacked any kind of empirical evidence to link ignorant christians and fracking to the drought. It was pretty accurate but his political motives in that episode were blatant. "Save developing countries and stupid people from the big greedy contractors and oil companies" fricking idiots should figure out how to drill then or hire a consultant to come start a private oil company.

Bill Maher confuses me. For years before he got really famous he identified himself as libertarian, then he did a total 180.

Part of me thinks half the stuff he says is an act, and he is profiting greatly off being the left's rush limbaugh.

If anyone actually listened to Maher they'd realize he bashes liberals a whole lot too.

He appeals to people with little cognitive reasoning ability who desire to have others form their opinions for them. You know, the hope and change via the unicorn revolution brigade.

No shortage of those types in 2014 America.

Yeah, because there isn't a whole "news" network dedicated to doing the same for the "everything would be better if we went back to the way things were in 1843," coalition.

It's funny when Maher bashes Islam on Real Time and the liberals in the audience don't know whether or not they should clap.

I haven't watched the most recent episode. But, I did see a clip for the TX climate situation. It was a rather awkward conversation.

Trying to cram complex issues into those 15 minute slots is what killed the VICE show

You know what.. I have to agree. Those religious nut jobs they interviewed/filmed were just ridiculous. It was fricking stupid.
