How do they get the jerseys done so quick? Do they have a few already made up with their top prospects names or something?

Good question. They must get fronted money since they all buy cars before they get drafted like Teddy B. and his mom's pink Escalade.
Or the car dealerships front them.

I'm pretty sure they have somebody back stage that presses the names on them as soon as the pick is in and before the commissioner announces it

No lie, I was thinking about this randomly last night. I came up with a few guesses.
1. They have a jersey made for every potential first round prospect for every first round team. Until i realized that the amount of jerseys they'd have to make would be ridiculous.
2. I don't know.
