Just have their home demolished while they are out. No BS here it occurred in St Augustine Florida. That is some really bad blood at the scene without a doubt.

I feel as if a homeowner's insurance company is about to sue a demolishing company.

I usually just call the BLM and tell them a turtle is in danger on the property.

The BLM doesn't manage privately owned property.

Sure they do. They just look at the private property and say it is now public property. You seriously think they are bothered with property rights?

OH GOD! NOT THIS AGAIN!!

CAN WE HAVE ONE CONVERSATION ON THIS BOARD THAT DOESN'T SOMEHOW TURN TO THE IRS, BENGHAZI, THE BLM OR ANY OTHER THE GOVERNMENT IS THE BOOGEYMAN CRAP????

I would like a link or something to what this thread is talking about, though, OP.

Seems odd that something as simple as you said actually happened.

No such thing as privately owned property. Fail to pay the government their strong armed take of your earnings (property tax) and see what you actually own.

You're one of those people still operating under the misconception that Bundy owned the property his cattle were grazing on.

I don't do links(I forgot how to do them after stroke number 3 which has been told many times over) You can look at Drudge or do a simple Boolean search on your computer it does them with ease.

I'm sooo happy they have their right to my property should I fail to pay their extortion demands.

But you're correct, that's what it comes down too. They have the right to seize my property.

Found this in about 30 seconds. You could have to.

quote:

Ana Maria Moreta Folch allegedly had her neighbor's mobile home demolished.

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Authorities say a northeast Florida woman who didn't like her neighbors had their mobile home demolished.

According to an arrest report, Ana Maria Moreta Folch of St. Augustine told a heavy equipment operator that she owned the trailer and wanted it and its septic tank destroyed.

The Florida Times-Union reports that St. Johns County Sheriff's deputies were called when the trailer's real owner arrived Monday and found the demolition underway.

The arrest report says Moreta Folch wanted the trailer bulldozed because she thought its occupants were unsavory and she suspected they had broken into her car.

According to the police report obtained by FoxNews.com, Moreta Folch admitted to police that she did not own the property and allegedly said she did the neighborhood a favor by removing the mobile home.

Thomas Masters, the person who was hired to destroy the home, told authorities that Moreta Folch provided a key to the property. He said she hired him to demolish the mobile home and haul it away.

Moreta Folch was charged with criminal mischief, a third-degree felony. She was released Wednesday on $10,000 bail. Jail records did not show whether she had an attorney

Thank you. The OP said Drudge, but I did not see it on there. Tried google and did find it.

Charged with "Criminal Mischief"?

Does that seem like a catch-all when the cops say "noone has ever thought someone would do something as ridiculous as this, so we never thought we had to write a 'it's illegal to pay someone to bulldoze your neighbors house to the ground' law."?
