Against that TCU corner, listening is key.

How many passes defended did that corner have on ODB and how many catches on him overall?

And I mean from all our receivers...

That corner is legit. Was hoping the Saints would get him instead of the 5'9 WR.

So you'd rather a 5'8 cb?

ODB had 5 for 118 against TCU. They didn't move ODB around because Verett was moved around to different spots in the Secondary.

Yeah. He also covered Jarvis Landry, who went for over a 100 yards and a TD.

Dennard is better and Cooks replaces Moore from Day 1.

Anyone who thinks cooks was a bad pick is probably the ones bitching about vaccarro last year

I'm not bitching about cooks but Dennard would have been the better choice IMO .Our secondary would have been the absolute best in the league with him.

My thoughts are that the coaches are happy with champ for a year and will draft a more raw player to learn from him. Champ can still play at a good enough level for us

For sure. That's why I'm not bitching at all about the pick. I know champ still has value, and it would be nice if P Rob would become what we always though he could this year.

Verrett held Landry to ZERO catches and held OBJ to TWO catches.

One catch was ~15 yards and one was ~8 yards.

Kid is a stud. Too bad for TCU he couldn't cover both of them at the same time.
