The principle of gay wedding cakes and abortion clinics

We've all seen the recent dust-ups over bakers forced to do business with gays. We've seen similar stories about photographers in similar situations.
It seems that one of the problems facing Texas abortion clinics is that people just won't do business with them for basic services like, water delivery, fixing the roof, paving parking lots.

Since this involves a constitutional right and all, shouldn't these clinics be suing to force people to do business with them?

I don't think anyone takes issue with that, but like with the cake people there was someone who took the job, and there's always going to be someone willing, but that's not what they wanted. They wanted to make an issue with the person who didn't want to do it for religious reasons, to make a drama and attention thing out of it.
