Why does he hate America?
She's going to win, and, regardless of your political philosophy, it's probably a good thing for Louisiana.

Dude is just lining his pockets, and why do you need to say she's going to win...you scared?

I'll never get over her Obamacare vote.

It certainly is not good for the country.

Nate Silver disagrees with you and he's picked the last few elections very accurately.

No it's not.
Her voting record does not represent what her constitutents want and demand of her. She's nothing more than a political whore for oil/gas and the democratic party.

Her votes and influence on local issues mean far more to me. The ACA? Meh. WGAF? I'm serious.

This is going to be what will sink her in November.

That's certainly what the Republicans are hanging their hats on. They have nothing else of any consequence.

This is not what a senator is supposed to be for as intended by the framers of the constitution. Senators are supposed to reflect and represent the interests of the entire state they are representing, not just a population hub. That's a role reserved for your local congressman, not a senator.

shite like this is what a statist much less a baby boomer would say.
Very uncaring.

Agreed. What's your point?

And that's exactly what a callow young right winger would say. I swear to God, no one in real life, including serious political theory discussions, uses the term "statist". That's such a meaningless term.

I'm pretty tired of the word, too.

The ACA doesn't effect people locally?

MLL is stuck in the mud at the moment. Over 1m spent by her trying to rehabilitate her image and she is still in the 42-44 range. Her campaign knows if she can't win in Nov, she will lose handily in Dec. I know a lot of people on here don't like Bill, but he's the right type of candidate to beat her this cycle.

So what you're saying is that career politicians are the way to go? Aside from the stupidity some voters blatantly exhibit, this may be the second most idiotic reason for deciding which way to cast a vote. This mentality has unleashed such political bastards on this country as harry reid, john Boehner, Lindsey graham, john McCain, bob corker......all who keep getting re-elected despite their refusal to do the bidding of their constituents. They keep getting re-elected due to the fear of losing their seniority piece of the pie.
Guess what Louisiana....if the Republicans take the senate and Landrieu wins, which is a distinct possibility.....what little influence that dolt would have had would be kaput.

Bollinger hates his employees at his shipyards and loves his profits and wealth more than anything else.

Boysie's reptilian brain is hard at work. Apparent, it appeals to a big audience.
