My first anniversary is coming up next month and I have something that I can give her but I want something bigger that goes along with the "paper anniversary." Any Ideas would be appreciated.

TIA!

the wife has hinted at a magazine subscription, but that seems kinda weak to me

No idea about something bigger. My wife and I were struggling students for our first one so we kept it simple. I got the personalized letter head, some fancy pens from a paper shop in NOLA, and a book stamp. We both have a huge collection of books (mostly hardcover, not leatherbound, but I do like scotch), so I had a stamp made stating "From the library of Mrs. MDTiger"

You've been married to her for a year but we're supposed to know what she would like?

Does she like cheesy/sappy kind of gifts? Hard to suggest something without knowing anything about her.

Yea, I will probably just go with gift card to the spa since it's her favorite place to go. I will probably hear about how I missed the whole "paper anniversary" aspect though. Paper is a tricky anniversary, it seems to me it is almost to easy.
