Stopped reading when the writer considered it "private property", he owned a franchise, 1/30th of part of an association with all kinds of known rules and provisions.

Its still not public property. If you live in a restricted neighborhood, do you not privately own your property. If you erect something the neighbors don't like they can make you tear it down, but they can't make you sell your property to a party of their choosing.

Don't know why this was voted down. The Clippers are clearly not the same as his "private property." Can he do whatever he wants with the team? Can he take a sledge hammer to his team and shut down everything, ceasing operations? Can he put a KKK hood on the basketball logo?
