Recommendations for a booster seat

Having a hard time deciding on a seat belt positioned high back booster seat for my 4 year old (35 lbs). My 1 year old is huge and more than ready for my current 4 year old's car seat so I need to bump them both up.

My daughter just bought one that as her son grows, you can remove the back section. My grandson is going on 4 in July and is big for his age.
