His life is blown to shite for spouting off in a phone conversation that was being recorded without his knowledge?
Not trying to defend what was said. Just wondering if he has a case against his concubine? Even if bullshite. He has billions. She does not. I as an a-hole with disposable income would make it a point to leave her struggling or at least penniless even if only to make her piss her/ my money away defending herself?
He also stands to make a profit on Clippers sale. I'm sure they weren't worth much when he bought them.
He was fined $2.5 million. I would set aside another 2.5 fund to make her squirm.

He contacted my office this morning. The Dojo Firm is seeking $900 million in damages.

We will be issuing a statement shortly.

She would never have to pay for her defense...pro bono.

I'll defend what he said. The dude was spot on. I've listened to the tapes.
He states over and over that he "lives in a culture" and therefore he must conform to the social and cultural mores of that culture (at least in the public eye) or be shunned from it.
Dude was just adhering to certain standards like any member of any culture anywhere for fear of reprisal.

Did he?
Again, not defending what was said. The toothpaste can't be put back in the tube. Sponsors have a right to run for the hills. Players have a right to not work for a guy who is now knowingly racist as hell. So his position is no longer viable. He has to go.
BTW quick to jump on this. 2 replies before I went back to the OT board.

True. Forgot the Gloria Allred factor.

not sure if this has been proven as fact or her way of getting around breaking the law. How much sense does it make that a guy would say "I want you to record all my convos because my memory is bad"?

It is illegal to record people's voices in cali without their consent. If that's what happened, he has a very strong case against her. If he can prove that she attempted to use the recording as a means of blackmailing him, he can go after her for that as well.

He doesn't have a case but I can't imagine that would hinder him in any way.
