What weed/grass is this ?

The lighter colored patch. It looks something like St Aug but grows way faster and is lighter colored

I think that looks like centipede.... super healthy centipede with no other bullshite in it.
I'm jealous whatever it is. I just got done pulling up the most difficult shite on earth out of my yard. Get to re-seed a few places tomorrow.

Looks like a bigger blade than centipede and grows really fast like a weed would.. My first project is killing the sedge.. I bought sledgehammer today.

Are the blades softer than St. Aug. I've got a dallis grass problem and it looks like that at first. Grows faster than the other grass. Then it grows stalks with seeds. Keep it cut before that grows or it will keep spreading.
