Leaving this Friday to go take the wife and baby girl to Hyatt Hill Country resort....any good places you can recommend in San Antonio, or really more near the Sea World area.

There was recently a story in Garden and Gun about San Antonio and places to eat. I am sure it is googleable. I read in that piece that Steve McHugh, who opened Luke San Antonio, has opened his own place specializing in charcuterie and the like.

Hit up the Luling City Market on your way into SA for lunch.

Been there...damn good. Might stop there if we leave late, don't think the wife has been, either that or Clear Springs Cafe.

Dough. Fantastic pizza. Everything is freshly prepared.
Fogo de Chao (yes, it's a chain, but considerably better than Tejas de Brazil)
Paesano's on 1604 or River Walk
Mi Tierra (very touristy, but while in San Antonio, why not?)
Boudro's on River Walk
Bohannan's Prime Steakhouse
Chris Madrid's for burgers
these are just off the top of my head

Paesano's is a must eat place in San Antone, IMO.
