I just looked in my mirror and said "Fiesta, Fiesta, Fiesta." Does that mean an angry Mexican will pop out and kill me?

Of course Cinco De Mayo is an American Holiday! It's as much an American one as a Mexican one! It celebrates when American soldiers volunteered to defend Mexico from invaders from France and Spain in the 19th century. The Americans turned the tide in the war and Mexico was able to remain independent. People who would be offended by Americans celebrating this holiday are idiots who are just looking for attention, plain and simple.
