Most Useless Characters on TV

I have to say Julia from Grimm has to be the most useless. So far this season they have her corresponding from her bfs email, providing Wikipedia research facts and throwing out great lines like this "This is serious. You're a Grimm and a cop." Thanks for pointing out the obvious.
It's apparent they are out of plot devices for her but either her contract is still current or someone is forcing her into the show. It's so bad, I think that Lori Grimes' scenes seem Emmy worthy.

This Julia character doesn't aggravate me at all. The character is just a waste of screen time. I understand Nick needs a home where he can reflect, but she honestly is a useless character that provides little to nothing to the character arc.
Her job is just to look worried all the time I think.

In defense of the Nard Dog, he was very important in saving Dunder Mifflin and everyone's job at the end of season 8. He came off like a competent individual who rose up to be a hero, something he had never been portrayed as in the show before.
It was extremely disappointing that the guy Andy became at the end of Season 8 was tore down into the jackass in season 9.
