[quote]At LSU medical school in New Orleans, Andrews pursued orthopedics, he says, "because that's where the team doctors came from." After graduating, he moved to Columbus, Ga., and in 1973 started practicing with Dr. Jack Hughston, who is known as one of the fathers of modern sports medicine and was Auburn's longtime team doctor.

He does more for Auburn than LSU. Why do you care?
Posted on 4/26/14 at 4:15 pm to laftoothdr
How about we make more of a big deal about him being a double alumnus of the university than him being an "LSU athlete"?
But of course, on this board, the academic side of the university doesn't exist.
