Anyone know where one might source chicken carcasses, and bones alone, as well as bones from other animals like veal bones, With all the deboning going on in product sold at grocery stores especially it seems to me someone must buy that stuff up, or it goes somewhere but the trash, I would assume to do what I'm trying to do. Looking to make stocks and the like in quantity without having to content with freezing and then using all that meat. Not that I don't want the meat, but it is a but arduous and not really my aim when doing a lot of stock for soups, demi, beans, and the like. The frozen bags of meat can pile up fast.

Cleaver and Co. Also there is usually a poultry farmer at area Farmer's markets with chicken carcasses.

Red Stick market or CCFM?

I've looked at RS market, but to no avail.

BTW, thanks for the Cleaver Co info.
