I use Bayou title in Metairie for all of my closings and have been happy. A friend of mine is a title attorney so I know they aren't charging me for any BS. Email me and I can put you in touch with him.

I recently priced out three of them and they all seemed relatively the same.
One of them inadvertently blew off my realtor on an earlier deal so they feel bad about it and waived a fee so I went with them.

Delta Title has been great for me. sent about 10 referrals to them as well and none had a complaint.
