Is there anything worthwhile about Bay St. Louis?

Or is it better just to keep on going East on I-10 to Gulfport/Biloxi for a weekend vacation?

If you want to relax and stay at a B&B, I think it is a neat area. I would take that option vs staying at the casinos in Biloxi.

Nice little downtown area and there is usually some small festival going on on the weekends.

Bay St. Louis is a nice little town. There are a few good bars in the area, a casino, it's scenic. Plus, you aren't that far from Gulfport/Biloxi.

get off at 607 and at least take highway 90 if you're gonna keep going past the Bay. It won't tack on all that much more time and it's a gorgeous drive

Bay St. Louis is a cool little town, and as a poster above me said, I'd prefer it to Biloxi.

Ocean Springs is a lot of fun too, though. Just depends on what kind of weekend you're looking for

He's coming from LA if he's driving east

And Pascagoula is very blah, IMO. I'd just go to Mobile at that point

NYC-style pizza at a restaurant called Brooklyn Pizza (seriously). Otherwise, go to Ocean Springs.

I love the Bay but the best food on the coast is at either Chimneys or Half Shell Oyster House in Gulfport

Pass Christian is the only stop you need to make on the Mississippi coast.
