I did set two packs to my SIL for helping out. And yes, I done pissed them and burnt 3 cases of BL's this weekend. 
Good thing is I keeping my weight down.

17.5. Set your fence to were the 2x4 is standing up and the blade is set 1 5/8" high. The fence set point should be set just were the blade tip is hitting the outside edge of the 2x4. Pass it thru, swing it around and make a second pass on the other side.
Reset your fence and set your blade at 90. Blade height should be just enough to were it is cutting thru at the first cut in the 2x4. Pass it thru and then flip it over and around and pass it again.
Next, reset the fence and blade back to 17.5 and real high on the blade. With the 2x4 standing up, the fence set to were the blade is cutting just at the tip of the last cut. Pass it thru and flip it around and pass it thru again.
FYI. Best to use some scrap 2x4 for your first try. Also, don't try to work with anything longer then 4'. Every time I tried, the bow stems get screwed up.

Thanks. It was made out of all scrap lumber from the pirogue build. Only 4 nails in it at the bow stems.

Someone texted me wanting a 6'er and I forgot who it was. Let me know. I have to build a mini me 3 for the wife now along with a couple more.

Mine is 98% done.
Got it all painted and now need to put on some camo. The oldest wants to help with that and baseball may interfere with those plans tonight.
The base coat was supposed to be a OD green color but I had a gallon of exterior severe weather latex with a pastel base so it sort of a pastel OD green. Not bad but a little light.
I'm gonna add lots of brown, tan, and off yellow camo leaf patterns. I think.

Started another 6'er, but the rain started coming down in buckets again.
The news is reporting that False River is closed to boating. Yesterday, right at 6" and last night/so far today, another 2".
