Is Blake Griffin really not going to get suspended for that?

I mean he clearly threw water on a fan on purpose. I don't see how that's not a huge fine / possible suspension. Those guys had like $1000 seats. I guess the context might save Blake but he definitely threw water on paying customers on purpose.

He threw water on them. On purpose. Jason Kidd got suspended for purposely throwing water onto the court. The court isn't a paying customer.

Kidd was fined for doing that. Not suspended.
And, that was intentionally done to buy them a "free timeout" during the game. That actually had an effect on the game.

I'd be glad if I was that guy. An away fan of an away team that just got a playoff win, clearly got the attention of the other team's star player. That's a life story to tell.
