Are we "allowed" to nap during the day, especially during the weekends if we haven't performed any strenuous physical activities(yard work, house cleaning, etc.).

My typical day job is basically sitting behind a computer most of the day, but I still consider it work. It would be nice to have a power nap after work so I can function throughout the afternoon and night time.

On the weekends, I don't usually do much. If I'm with the GF and her lil boy, I'll usually want to take one during his nap time whether I do anything or not. I'm 24, btw.

I suggest getting more active. You should probably get your doctor to run a blood test.

I always like the idea of a nap, but once i get going, I just feel like its such a waste of time on the weekends.

He can look at your blood sugar levels, cholesterol, whether you are adequately hydrated, for any vitamin deficiencies, etc.

You should get one once a year anyways.

Can any doctor do that? Like one of those walk-in type places. Or should I see one at a hospital.

You don't need to go to a hospital. Just go to a doctor's office.

I'm not saying anything is wrong, but you are young. If you are feeling tired a lot, you might want to go see a doctor.

Life's too short to take naps. Weather is too nice to be sitting inside sleeping

Sleep is for weekdays.

Napping on weekends is a waste of weekend time IMO.

Eh, I wouldn't say I take care of him. I'll help occasionally if I can tell his mom is stressed out.

Do you ever wonder if she's thinking of him while you two are making love?

A yearly check-up's good practice, but I don't think that a guy who's asking if it's alright to take a nap is anything to worry about.

And yes, OP. You can take a nap. Just don't tell anyone, because people will judge you.
