I can only take will Ferrell in doses. To much of him is not good for me. That anchorman went the way of the Ace Ventura movies the first was good but the second one blew donkey nuts. They just go way overboard with trying to be funny.

Yea, the first half wasn't bad at all. I laughed quite a bit b/c I like that stupid anchorman humor. However it all went downhill after the flow of the plot took a turn for the RANDOM. Lost eyesight, living in a lighthouse, raising a shark...wtf

The Anchorman movie they made from the cut scenes of Anchorman 1 is BY FAR the best Anchorman. Its a 100% different movie than the first and is WAY better. You can find it on YouTube.

I like the original movies so much more. Movies like stepbrothers, elf, etc. I know it is all about the money but damn great movies like hangover just need to stop. I know they won't though

I loved the first one. Laughed a lot in the first half of 2, then wanted to kill myself for the last half of 2. Trying WAAAY too hard with no payoff.

I fricking loved this movie. Its ridiculousness is what made it awesome and the perfect sequel to a movie that set the standard for what a nonsense movie was supposed to be.
Reviews like this just seem very familiar. People hated the first movie after one viewing too.

Watch it again but fast forward through any Brick-centric scene and the movie is much better

I did not like it at all, and I am not what you would call picky. Sucks that it didnt turn out good I have been looking forward to it for a while.
