composite fencing vs. vinyl vs. wood

Does the OB have experience with composite fencing? The vinyl and wood guys claim it fades way to fast. 60% in 5 years. How the hell do the measure fade?

Anything is going to fade/ turn in 5 years.
I did wood and plan to stain in a few years when I dont like the color anymore.
