What is with these d*ckhead principals/asst principals?
If the kid getting hit with spit balls and having his pants pulled down isn't a big ordeal, then how in the hell do you blow the bullied kid recording it out of proportion?
Kids are retarded, but I'm starting to see why...just look at who's responsible for them while they are at school.

She was probably scared it would get out about what happened. I think schools are now obligated to take action after finding incidents of bullying. They made him delete the recording on the spot.

Everything and everyone is so touchy feely nowadays. I'm only 29, but even I can say that back when I was in school, if someone was bullying someone else, the teacher would yank that kid aside, discipline him on the spot, punish him then tell his parents who then proceeded to beat the child's arse on the spot.
Our disciplinary culture and environment has changed dramatically for the worse.

The mother is suing the school, good for her. Normally I do not condone that but that principal and ap are full blown retards. It is funny because they have a damn national anti-bullying campaign going on around the country and they tell students who witness bullying or are subject to it to report it immediately. So what exactly does this say? Complete morons...
ETA: The more I incidents I read like this, the more I am inclined to tell my child to just beat the shite out of a bully and do not stop till they scream for mercy or are knocked out. My kid would probably get in less trouble for doing that than reporting the bully.

Further proof that society is going to shite. Back in my school days if two kids had a problem they met behind the gym, fought it out and two days later both were back to being buddies.
Nowadays kids are not taught (or even allowed) to work out their own issues. They have no idea how to resolve problems with others. So what happens? Well they eventually take shite, take shite, and take shite until they can take it no more and they snap.

Y'all ever see the movie Bully? I've never been so enraged in my entire life. I want to curb stomp the bullies, the principal who let it go on, the kid's parents for not doing anything basically everyone in that town except for the poor middle school kid.

Seriously, not sure what else he could have done. You know if he would have defended himself physically he would have been charged with something even more outrageous. Principals like these are the exact reason why you hear about kids bringing weapons to schools.
