People that park at gas pumps at busy gas stations and don't pump gas

Instead they'll walk around, go inside, talk to people, etc.
This seems to be a big problem in not as desirable parts of town where people somehow know everyone.

i do it when stopping to pee on roadtrips.

I only do it when there are no regular parking spots and at the ghetto gas station in downtown BR.

I set the lever on the gas pump to automatic and go inside while my gas is pumping itself.

On a related note, people who wait behind me when there are other pumps available are stupidly lazy, and I make sure to take my sweet time getting out of their way.
