Break out the wife bed sheets and cover. You can add a couple flood lights too! Don't use any plastic. Sure way to kill any plant or trees.

They can't breath. Really. Killed a orange tree covering it in plastic.

Have a few hundred pecan trees in bloom. Forecast is for 38 here. Going to be a close call if the wind stops blowing. Last year I lost 90% of the crop.
This year the trees are loaded, maybe.
