Any offshore permit holders receive an email today?

Basically a survey asking if you support the management of louisiana's waters being managed by the state rather the feds. It's being conducted by ldwf so make sure you take the time and fill it out.

Yeah, think asking if most anglers prefer local mgmt. think they knew the answer, just had to prove it on paper

Yea basically just getting data to backup their claim that it should be managed locally. I'm willing to bet 99% of the permit holders that receive this email and fill it out are going to be for local management.

I didn't think it was that strange. Asked your opinion, number of days fished freshwater and saltwater last year, and zip code. Seemed about on par with every LDWF survey
