What is your blood pressure?

Went for a wellness check on Friday and mine was 140/80.
I'm a 35 m. This has me a little concerned. I've never considered myself unhealthy I do drink probably too much beer which might have an effect on it.

yours is not ideal but not alarming either. I think you are in the prehypertension range.

Same with u. Im 29 yo and been on blood pressure meds for a few years and mine runs about the same as yours.

I am 22. Hating my last job actually elevated my BP.
You need to reduce your sodium intake. Probably reducered meat intake as well.
A primarily veggie/fruit diet will do wonders for high BP.

As hyper and as active as I am. I have NEVER had a BP problem.... My doctor is amazed.. I am 54 and the doc says I have the body of a 40 year old.....
