What is the Movie boards opinion of Django?

Saw it or the first time last night and didn't care for it at all. I could hardly finish the movie.

There's a thread on page 2 asking if it's top 5 all time. You'll find your answers there I guess. I liked it though.

I liked it. However, thought it was a bit long and didn't like QT's cameo AT ALL. Took me right out of the movie.

The ending was pretty weak.

I'll rewatch it mainly to see Leo and SLJ performances. Both were great IMO.

Despite the fact I think Tarantino has made 5 better movies, I still love it. Tarantino just has a hell of a filmography.

It was good but went on too long, which is the main critique I hear. I do think it's one of those movies that it's "cool" to love, partly bc QT and partly bc of the subject matter.

Good on first viewing. Hard to be motivated to re-watch it. Definitely not near the top for QT in my opinion.
